Designing for leadership, dialogue, and elevated experiences.

Signage, Branding, Digital, Print

Executive Platforms Inc. produces over 14 invite-only, senior-level corporate summits annually across industries including manufacturing, HR, supply chain, and biomanufacturing. While these events connect global executives for peer-to-peer learning and thought leadership, the existing brand identity no longer reflected the authority, innovation, or quality of the experience. This project focused on modernizing the brand to better align with an executive audience and support the company’s continued growth. The refresh was applied across digital and print signage, social media campaigns, and sales materials to ensure consistency at every touchpoint. In my role as a graphic designer, I manage the full scope of design initiatives from print and digital on-site signage to social campaigns, web page builds, sales materials, media kits, decks, and internal assets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Process

The refresh began with a comprehensive audit of existing materials, which revealed inconsistent logo usage, fragmented and non-scalable colour palettes, outdated textures, and a lack of visual hierarchy across deliverables. Alongside another graphic designer, we led the development of a cleaner, more cohesive design system by simplifying colour palettes to unify the full event catalog, removing redundant layering, and introducing speech bubbles as a core brand element to reinforce dialogue and thought leadership—while also improving efficiency and simplifying internal production processes. In my role as a graphic designer, I manage a wide range of design initiatives spanning event signage, sales materials, and marketing collateral. This includes social media campaigns such as speaker callouts, sponsor posts, testimonials, post-event session graphics, and larger initiatives including a 10-year anniversary campaign and new webpage builds. I also produce sales assets including media kits, sales decks, one-pagers, email banners, and custom sponsor graphics, as well as internal requests for sharable speaker materials. In addition, I manage an outsourced designer and collaborate closely with the Operations, Production, Sponsorship, and Delegate Sales teams to ensure all deliverables are consistent, clear, and aligned with business objectives.

Outcome

The result is a cohesive, scalable brand that strengthens authority, improves attendee navigation, and aligns with Executive Platforms’ mission to connect and inspire forward-thinking leaders, supporting the company’s continued growth and evolution.
